Valuable and Fragile Items

Customer Packing
If you choose to pack your own belongings, you are responsible for ensuring they are packed safely and securely. We are not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packing completed by the customer.
Items Left Behind
It is your responsibility to ensure all items intended for removal are clearly identified before our team leaves the property. We cannot accept responsibility for belongings left behind after completion of the job.
Customer Assistance
If you or anyone acting on your behalf assists our staff during the move, you do so entirely at your own risk. Premium Movers and Cleaners accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage arising from such assistance.
You agree to provide our staff with a safe working environment throughout the duration of the job.
